Susanth has over two decades of experience in technical and leadership positions in software services and product companies. Prior to setting up IntrospeQt, Susanth was Managing Director of India Operations of a leading multinational enterprise in the ECM space. Over the years, Susanth has worked with clients across United States, Middle East, and India on enterprise application strategies, product development and solutions implementations. He is also one of the early champions of ECM and Enterprise Capture technologies, and led one of the first IBM FileNet implementations in India.
Susanth strongly believes that organizations which effectively leverage the synergies between enterprise content and process management technologies can transform enterprise work productivity and create a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. His vision is to drive IntrospeQt to be a best-in-class ECM and BPM enterprise solutions company that delivers compelling business value to clients and stakeholders.

Srikant has over a decade of experience in technical leadership roles in the software industry. He has extensive experience in software delivery management, application development and enterprise application strategy in the ECM and BPM domain.
Prior to IntrospeQt, Srikant has worked with leading players in the banking and insurance sector to build ECM and BPM solutions using technologies such as IBM FileNet, Alfresco and Documentum. He has played key advisory roles for clients across United States, Middle East, and India on enterprise application strategy and best practices in areas such as archival, document management, workflows, records management and more. Srikant is also an IBM Information Management certified solution architect and FileNet Trainer.
At IntrospeQt Srikant is responsible for global services delivery management for clients across all our operating geographies.

Vice President - Technology
Ganesh has over a decade of expertise in architecting enterprise software solutions and products in the ECM and BPM domain. He has extensive experience in solution architecture, application development and product development across business areas and technologies.
Previously, Ganesh has worked with multinationals in Australia, New Zealand and India in technical leadership roles and has built enterprise ECM, BPM and Document Capture solutions for clients in verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing and Government. Ganesh is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and an agile practitioner.
At IntrospeQt, Ganesh focuses on architecting quality products and solutions that brings together technology, innovation and best practices to solve critical enterprise content and business process management problems. Ganesh is also responsible for the management of the company's Chennai operations.

Lakshmeesh has around two decades of experience in selling software solutions and technology services in India and Malaysia. He has extensive experience in Business Development, Partner Enablement and Client Relationship Management. Over the years he has developed strong senior management client relationships with clients across United States, Middle East, and India.
Previously, Lakshmeesh was responsible for handling sales and business development at a leading multinational in the ECM domain.
At IntrospeQt, Lakshmeesh focuses on conceptualizing and driving go-to-market strategies for our operating geographies. He also leads our partner channel development program for product sales.

Roopa has around 8 years of experience in consulting and managerial positions in technology-based companies. She has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, pre-sales and client management.
Previously, Roopa has been part of diverse projects working with clients across India, Australia and United States in technology areas such as E-Commerce, Knowledge Management and Collaboration. She has been involved in establishing project management standards, tools and processes for large delivery teams. Roopa is also a Six Sigma Lean and PMI certified professional.
